UNDER SECTION 119 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE
(14 YEARS IN JAIL).


You can prosecute a corrupt politician using criminal code Section 119.

There is an option to “Lay an Information” which is initiate a private prosecution and get the corrupt politicians charged. This can be done by any one. Criminal code, Information, Summons and Warrant, Section 504. This is what the police do when they lay a charge.

You walk into a provincial courthouse and ask where to go to “Lay an Information”. You are sent to an area and given a form. You then swear out a complaint and this starts the process. The provincial prosecutor will get involved and you see what happens.

If you, or any one you know, wants to make history this is a way to do it.

These politicians are taking jobs and money from hardworking Canadians. I have the same sympathy and concern for them as they have for the people they are taking jobs from.

Criminal code:

119. Every one who (a) … being a member of Parliament … (i) obtains … (iii) attempts to obtain, … any office, place or employment for himself or another person in respect of anything done or omitted or to be done or omitted by him in his official capacity, … is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.

A Member of Parliament obtaining and attempting to obtain jobs for multiple persons. Notice 14 years in jail. Serious.

Do not be nice to thieving corrupt politicians. They do not care about their victims.

The actions include Trudeau’s gender and race quotas. These quotas are to apply across the government as his “Real Change” document heading “GOVERNMENT APPOINTMENTS THAT LOOK LIKE CANADA” points out.


Criminal code:

Section 119. (1) Every one is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years who

(a) being the holder of a judicial office, or being a member of Parliament or of the legislature of a province, directly or indirectly, corruptly accepts, obtains, agrees to accept or attempts to obtain, for themselves or another person, any money, valuable consideration, office, place or employment in respect of anything done or omitted or to be done or omitted by them in their official capacity, or

(b) directly or indirectly, corruptly gives or offers to a person mentioned in paragraph (a), or to anyone for the benefit of that person, any money, valuable consideration, office, place or employment in respect of anything done or omitted or to be done or omitted by that person in their official capacity.
